company was awesome and easy to work with, After I made my purchase I
noticed they required a signature upon delivery. I immediatelly emailed
customer service and they got right back to me and waived the signature.
Everything was just smooth and awesome. Cant wait to give my hubbie his
present for Fathers Day.

service to add a message for a gift I purchased for my friend's baby. I
was taken excellent care by their representative with very friendly
manner and good attention. It's first time my purchasing from them and I
am very happy for the experience I had with the company and I will

getting a stroller for a baby shower that was two days away. I was a
little nervous because of my poor timing and Happymothers.com they truly
made my day. i forgot his name but I could find out. He was so nice.
Unbelievable for a internet shopping experience. he had this uncanny
ability to make me feel comfortable. Makes me want to get my own baby so
I could have a reason to shop there again.
karenisgreat - Ordered at 2pm a very pricey joggin stroller. I got it the very next day. I called customer service
because I needed a weathershield for the jogger and they shipped the
shield for free since I was the same customer that just got a jogger
from them super nice women I spoke to her name was Fay
mrsmojo - I have never experienced such a
transaction completed so quickly and smoothly. The best part of all was,
well you know when somebody is happy to be dealing with customers, you
could feel their enthusiastic energy travelling through the phone line.
I am only dealing with Happymothers. If i remember corectly, the man
said "happy mothers make happy children" and its so true. Thanks

shopping experience. Though I've not ordered from any other online
vendor of baby products, I did contact one by phone and hung up before
asking my question because they were so rude. While Baby Productsdid not
have a phone contact number (which would have been nice),they promptly
and politely replied to questions I emailed them before and after
ordering. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to
friends.

experience. I was satisfied with all acspects throughout the ordering
