Comment:

I LOVE my Phil and Ted's e3 sport with doubles kit, but unfortunately I broke the part behind the front wheel that allows it to swivel, when getting off of the bus. My own fault, I know, but you should be able to get replacement parts, even if you have to pay for them. I have been waiting for 8 months now and with my two children under 2 1/2, cannot maneuver through stores, cannot turn the wheel so it can fit into my trunk, and when my youngest was a newborn and terribly hard to keep sleeping, I couldn't turn without disturbing him because I had to lift the front of the stroller, causing his head to be lower than his feet, and then a bump when I lowered it again (he was lying flat in the main part in a cocoon, with his older brother above him in the doubles seat because he was too big to go behind). This has caused me a LOT of grief and the ONLY solution I can think of is to buy a whole new stroller because that's the only thing that's possible! My boys are very big for their age (both over 9 lbs at birth) and I can't find any other stroller that accommodates them both and fits in the trunk of my car. I'm sure anyone can agree, when you have small children it is IMPERATIVE that you get out with your kids or you go crazy. Well, I am going crazy and still waiting.
