I have had this pump for 6 months now. From the first time I used it, I have been able to pump alot of milk in a short time. I only have to use it once a day while I am at work. It works great the whole process of setting it up, pumping, putting it all away, and putting a folding chair back in my locker takes ten minutes. I pump 5 to 10 ounces each time and that is on the two or three for suction strength. This is the only electric pump I have ever used so I can't compare it to others, but I do really love it. It has made breastfeeding enjoyable and possible for me.

I am completely satisfied with this pump. I've been using it for 4 weeks now. I actually took the pump with me to the hospital and had the lactation nurse help me with it. She was impressed I was actually able to express colostrum with it, and it was even better it was pain free. I love the fact you can pump right into the bottles and storing breast milk is a breeze with this pump too. I couldn't be happier with it. I can pump with ease and I am confident that I will not have a problem keeping my milk supply up with this once I go back to work. I would recommend it to everyone, I was apprehensive because I'm a 38DD but the cups worked just fine with them. No problems!

Mine has worked really good. I am a "full time" pumper as I like to have milk on hand so that I can be free to go where I want without the worry of not having milk. I have had some problems with the car adapter as sometimes the pump takes on a mind of it's own and does not work on the setting that I put it on. This has only happened twice in the 2 1/2 months that I have used it. Otherwise the pump has been good

This pump is very comfortable. Sometimes comfort is the key to long term breastfeeding. If the Medela is too harsh on the nipple, then the playtex cup is for you.

I loved this pump. It was so quiet, no one in my office could hear me using it. It had great suction. Even though we had to wean early, I'm sure this pump would have lasted a very very long time.
