Happymothers.com Hassle Free
Return Policy
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened merchandise in "new
and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding
shipping fees.
All returns must be in brand
new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, and all
original packaging. Please call toll free 1-866-616-1155 to request a return
form. In the event that the customer sends an incomplete return, a 15%
restocking fee will be charged. Upon receipt of returned item, a full refund
will be applied, minus the actual cost of shipping.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of
buyer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to
you. Please return the package via UPS or FED-EX insured, and please maintain
the tracking information of the returned package. Happymothers.com is not
responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.
Non Returnable Items
For health and hygienic
reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that an item has
been used and/or installed. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture
requiring assembly that has been assembled, unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs.
In addition,
Happymothers.com does not accept the following items for return: diaper bags,
diaper pails, liners, potty seats, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps,
pacifiers, nursing pads, nursing pillows, layette, nursing bras, teethers, crib
teethers, thermometers, pacifiers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions
and powders.
There are no returns on
products marked as closeout, special orders and clearance items. However, if an
item arrives broken or defective, please see the procedure to follow in the
damaged and defective section below.
Damaged & Defective Items
Happymothers.com makes great
efforts to ensure that your packages are delivered quickly and in excellent
condition. However, incidents sometimes occur during the shipping process. If
you receive a damaged item, please contact us at 1-866-616-1155 within 10
business days to report the problem. After 10 days, Happymothers.com cannot
replace damaged items and all remaining issues must be addressed by the
manufacturer.
Happymothers.com is
committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from
reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most
items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when
applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem
with an item, need installation instructions or replacement parts we recommend
that you contact the manufacturer before contacting Happymother.com as these
matters are usually covered under the manufacturers warranty.
In the event that you need
further assistance with a defective item, contact our customer service
department at 1-866-616-1155. Happymothers.com will replace the broken part(s)
if possible, or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Happymothers.com reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to
replacing a defective item. In the event that a replacement part is not
available or a replacement part does not fix a defective item, Happymothers.com
will arrange for FedEx to pick up the defective item and a replacement will be
sent out with receipt of the original item, at no additional charge.
Replacement orders or replacement parts for defective items are not eligible for
express shipping. Requests for replacement parts will be processed quickly, as
we work closely with manufacturers to resolve problems with defective items.
Defective items are not are not eligible for refunds unless item is discontinued
or no longer available.
Canceling an Order
All orders ship within 24
hours after being processed. Due to the expedited nature of our shipping
department, please contact customer service at 1-866-616-1155 within the first
24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be
unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Returns and
Exchanges policy above.
Please
note, email cancellations will NOT be honored. We will be happy to cancel an
order so long as the customer contacts us by phone and it is done so prior to
the item shipping. Any order refused is charged a $15.00 fee and customer is
responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Issuing
a Credit
Please
allow ample time to process returns. Returned or exchanged products may take up
to 14 business days to be received. Once an item is received, a full refund,
minus the actual cost of shipping the item will be issued to the original
form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for a credit to appear
on a credit card statement.
