• $7.95 covers your complete order regardless of how many items you purchase. So whether you purchase 1 item or 100, your shipping is still only $7.95.
• All orders placed before 3 PM Easter Standard Time ship out the same day. Order received after 3 PM, ship out the next business day.
• Specialty items usually ship within 1 2 business days.
• Please note that we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to HappyMothers and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to HappyMothers due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.

Tracking your order: Shortly after 6 PM Eastern Standard Time on the date of shipping, you will be able to track your order along its journey to you.  Check your inbox for an email from us provided you with a tracking number, and click on the link provided. If you have not received an email from us, check your spam folder, as some emails may be filtered out.
